New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Most of the employees pretend they are working on something, when actually they are involve in their personal work and scroll social media sites and other shopping apps like myntra and ajio. And they also stay late in the office just to pretend hoe badly they are working hard .Such activity are mainly performed by senior level employees so as a fresher or newly joined you will get the leverage to adopt such tactics which can help you in the near future.

Dislikes

Could not find any dislikes. If person wants to join to an organization just to chill around, or to have active participation in office politics and requires at least 5-6 refreshment breaks, then its a best organisation to work with. In fact one will be rewarded for this.
