...ork at office locations for late hours without giving them a surety of security. No proper salary structure is followed. The HR is some ad-hoc person without a degree/practice in the discipline. The HR manages the HR department as if a maid is cleaning a house.

Likes

The company has good links to the foreign partner agencies for work collaboration. The projects they work on are high in demand currently.

Dislikes

... tendency to make you work even during holidays and does not provide compensation for any extra work that you do. They do not give any perks as such or increment after completing a year. Sometimes, they do not give you your salary or bonus on time. Overall, I will not recommend anyone to work here.

Amazing place to work. Lots of learning opportunities. The company will give you opportunities for leadership roles. Good office culture and employees are fun.

Dislikes

Sometimes a lot of work however it is manageable and managers are always supportive and encourage you with incentives.
