I have been working in the IT department at this company, and I must say that the culture here is fantastic. The team environment is highly collaborative, and everyone is genuinely supportive of one another. The seniors, in particular, are amazing mentors and leaders, always willing to guide and assist whenever needed. It's truly a nurturing environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged. I feel lucky to be a part of such a positive and motivating work atmosphere.

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. One major issue is the significant delay in the appraisal process and subsequent pay adjustments, which has negatively impacted employee morale. Moreover, the company's policy of paying new hires more than existing employees without increasing the latter's pay is unfair and unsustainable in the long term. This lack of recognition and appreciation for loyal employees raises concerns about the company's commitment to its workforce and could hinder long-term growth and employee retention.

You like the place so much but only basis your likes can not plan a long term carrier along with good promotion and hikes as it all depends on how well is the business doing both at internal and on client side.

I was working for one their client hence got will little interaction Directly on within the company people but the HR is very supportive and over their is no micro management. Ample of opportunities to learn on client side and full support from hr and management.

There are resouce issues many times here. Ideally a project manager should have some technical skills to aid the project in going live here. Tech leads and developers are good...

There is no on job training w r.t the domain of capital markets.... Management needs to take some stands when project closure is an issue and has been escalated by the managers
