It is a long list, Policy of the company is very bad, they treat you badly, They don't understand the personal life of people, for example, the manager can tell you or ask you anything and if you don't do it you are going to be punished. Literally the culture of punishment. The punishments are like, Loss of pay of the day, No leave for one month, or something like that. One more thing don't expect that you going to get leaves, very reluctant to give you leave. They are never sure what they want, they always change the product, they even increase your workload, cut down your leave to work on a product and after 3 months they will discard the product. So all the hard work for nothing. From last, I don't even know how many months they are saying they are going to launch a product and your Saturday leaves are gone. Now we work on Saturday also. So whenever you are going to get a call from HR you are going to hear this, we want you now because we are going to launch. this is the tagline to cancel leaves, hire, and fire employees. Launching the product is not bad but the problem is they don't know what they want in the last few years they have launched many products and maximum of them failed. with less than 60 employees, they want to run an advisory, they want to teach people through videos, they want to manage ticker, they want to write articles, they want to sell credit cards, they want to sell brokership and whatnot. In a team of 2-3 people, they think that they are going to create the best education platform or going to write the best articles or provide the best advisory. they do not understand business they do not understand management, one thing that they understand is social media and that is the reason they are still alive. Most of the people who are working in the company are from nearby town and in Raipur there is not a lot of jobs in finance and related field. so they are stuck and working. you will not find anyone from Mumbai, Banglore, Delhi or Metro city employee working in finology for long-term. They can't. It is like a LALA kirana shop.

Just salary on time

Pathetic work culture, lots of politics, no appraisals if you do not sign a bond every year, work does not get appreciated, they expect you to work after office hours all time. There are 4-5 people close to the CEO who plays pure politics including the CEO.

HR organizes fun and engaging activities that work as an energy booster for us. It helps us to work with a refreshed mind. We celebrate every small achievement with great appreciation. Besides, the appraisal process is well-defined here; it's completely based on your individual performance. I received the expected appraisal a few months ago, and I was very satisfied with it. Thanks for it.

Few administrative processes take longer than usual. It's not a big issue., but still, I feel like I should mention it.

So I will say about this company the culture is very toxic their company policies are frequently change like seasons. No professionalism followed by HR and management team. we have to thirst for leaves literally. How much you do work for them that will never Appreciated. The one thing about this company is salary is credited on time but still it's Now this too has become useless.
