Don't hire if your revenue is poor that you can not pay them. Don't tell lie to employees and stick what you promise.

The company is good to learn in very few times, they have multiple and different kinds of projects to learn. Management always encourage employee to learn more n more. I joined the company as a manual tester, but I got here opportunity to work on automation and mobile testing.

...ne & fun. Senior management is always ready to hear you and easily approachable. Growth wise they provide better compensation in comparison to other 2nd tier companies, so you'll never feel that you are lagging behind in the market.

Dislikes

This company try their level best to keep senior members engaged with them as they become a precious gem for them. But going forward it becomes really difficult for them to retain them with year-by-year growth and depending upon project performance.

Let me share my interview experience. I had applied for senior developer profile with 5+ yrs. After having 5 yrs of experience they are asking for 10th,12th percentage min requirement was 60% throughout. I mean what is this heck. How at all this is relevant. And there is various office politics , they don't provide good work life balance. Don't join
