Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I had a terrible experience with Finobase Global Solutions Pvt Ltd Kochi. They called me for an interview. After 2 days they informed that I had passed, and requested my experience certificate, relieving letter, and a 3-month full salary statement. However, when I enquired about my offer letter, they informed me that my position was on hold. Despite waiting for several days, I received no response. Eventually, I visited their office in person to inquire about my joining date and offer letter. To my dismay, they revealed that they were not progressing with my candidacy. I am puzzled as to why they initially claimed i was selected, requested my documents, and then decided not to move forward.
