Salary on time Survival in company is easy without doing work. U will enjoy office politics

Horrible experience with Niyo, initially the core management was in responsibly mature people but due to office politics those quality people left the company and ineligible people were promoted to satisfy their favourites. CEO blindly follows certain ppl without even using his own brain like its a picnic not company. HR team works like SBI bank with no resolution, promotion happening on favouritism rather then productivity. Soon all the horses will be scattered in market and this company will be left will all donkeys as a result of favouritism politics. Advice to Management Due to cost cutting scenario, company is lossing quality employee and then management will think why profits are not up. Niyo fails to provide basics to employees and now all are leaving because of lack of appreciation and promoting ineligible people due to favouritism. Hope company will remain with all d@nkeys and work like that.

there is lot of office politics, i was promoted on june 2019 but then our company head stopped my appŕaisal, on 2nd of october i resigned from post because company policies are just pathetic, no one in hr responce not even the line manager helps in anything, infact after resigning i recived a mail from finnew that i have been terminated from the job becoz of covid n thn when i asked hr that i already resigned n no one respionded n the mail then they sent a aplogy email, even after my proper handover still they arguing that i havnt subbmiited the i card and the office supervisor confirmed in mail that they recived a proper handover, infact now they have done multiple firings, and also they are shutting down the company suddenly, and also they issued 200 esop shares to all the permanent emplyoess without letting them know the time limit and everything and there offer is also expired as no one got to knw about this, i think company is in some kind of scam or something

I worked here for 2 years. Management is friendly type. Have to travel anything will consider only on monthly base targets no proper official timing even we should be ready to work in midnight also.

Initial days were good. Management is biased. Doesnt support new comers. Since its a start up people who performed at the beginning due to loopholes in the system are now in leadership positions and contribiute nothing towards the growth of an executive. individual working under him.
