Probationary salary denied- Ultimately, they just dismissed my probationary salary by citing a "clause" in their offer letter which says that salary imbursement is solely under company's discretion. They said they weren't satisfied with my work and denied my salary. Probations are meant to assess a candidate and their promised salary must be paid, no matter what. I've spent about a month trying to get them leads, calling up individual schools from my own personal number- everything in vain. 6. Zero professionalism- Once they decide they don't want you, they don't care to send you even a relieving letter. All I got was a 4 line email from the founder which was absolutely crass and lacked both friendliness and professionalism. Closing remarks: Please research about a company's culture before joining. Do not fall for fancy job role names and salary.
