They micromanage, abuse verbally and mentally harass you. Don’t give you the promised salary, 6 days working and overall kill all your happiness . Don’t ever join them and don’t get trapped in their lofty words all the promised are false.

1. Fortune 500 clientele. 2. Fintech domain (Fast growing space to work in India)

Dislikes

1. Majority of the employees that resigned/layed-off have not received salary, FnF, relieving letter. Monthly salary never provided on time and even held ransom whenever management feels right. 2. It's a family run business. Except for the Founder, no one in the family has any idea about the company's business but are still involved in all decision making. 3. They hire people on urgent basis (even asking to work in parallel during the notice period of the previous company) but layoff based on whim without thinking of the employees financial, family, health conditions. Currently around 50 employees but none of the people have been there for 2+ years. 4. Ultra toxic work culture. Employees had breakdowns in the office due to stress and verbal abuse. This is a reoccurring case. 5. It's a service based company, not product based, do not be misled. Majority of the clients are extremely unhappy with the service, but still continue as no other competitors in the market (now many of their clients are moving to in house solution). 6. Zero data security. None of the management care about data security even though they're handling finance/expense data of Fortune 500 clients. 7. Long working hours. Mandatory work from office. Alternate Saturday working (recently changed from 6 days working). Still can be forced to work throughout weekends. Founder comes into the office in the evening late at 7pm and starts meetings. 8. No PF. No Health/Medical/Term insurance. No Gratuity. Reimbursement settlements take months in the best case scenario. No HR in the company to help employees. 9. They constantly hire bulk of interns and forcibly assign them to employees to train and get manual work done in the name of 'AI'. Some batches of interns were not paid for months, but they were not able to raise anything as they need experience letter. 10. Most of the senior management that had joined the company left within a month as the Founder does not have a professional behaviour and is intolerant to any progressive ideas as he's stuck in a service mentality. 11. Most employees that are currently working here, want to leave, but are stuck due to point 1 mentioned above.

- High stress and heavy workload - Lack of professionalism from company leadership - Sudden firing of employees often, within 1-2 months - verbal abuse and harsh treatment from management - False promises made during hiring - Never paid on time (have to beg for salary to the HR) - They are hiring for temporary requirements and then kicked out for vague reasons (The reality is they want cheap labor to do some temporary work) - At my time they hired 8 interns and after 3 months they kicked out all of us for vague reasons and did not even pay us as promised. - I have no words for that behavior, I have never seen this type of founder or company in my life.

Like in any fast paced organisation there are sometimes wrong decisions taken or wrong team members hired but quick decision making has helped to ensure disconnected employees dont stick around creating a negative atmosphere and move to their suitable jobs
