Benefits like insurance and NPS contribution by the employer. Work life balance depends on your tech-lead/manager. You have right to complain against the manager/tech-leads. HR is good, as it is backed by mastercard. Some managers and tech leads are very supportive and helpful. Great place to work except if you are under some arrogant tech leads/managers.

...o those who work like servants under them. They have old 80s people's mentality. They think that they are giving salary from their pockets.

Good work environment. If you new joiners then you can get easily help from senior. Everyone are ready to help anytime. Needs to some look into on Rotational shift policy.

Continuously Night shifts. Poor salary hike

1. No Career Growth. 2. No work life-balance 3. This company is good for them who are from B.S.C, B.C.S background. 4. You will not learn new technologies.

Since this company is acquired by master card the facilities are of mastercard standards.

Leadership is not supportive. Some TL have very bad behaviour, some time use very bad language. KPIs change every month to check performance of employees. No fixed KPI. Top leadership is confused. They have a department called Integration engeneering for which they Hire software engineer, but in this department the designation is for name sake, when you work will work in this department you will come to know that this is production support. Leadership questions your experience after hiring you. Question your credibility as a software engineer. They don't treat you as a software engineer. HR team is creating goof ups, for Integration engeneering department that should to put vacancy for software engineer instead should mention production support engineer. atleast candidates will have clarity that which profile they are applying.

If you are a Contract Employee of Finicity, so you are just like a Slave for the company, there is no job security, no benefits, no bonus, no appraisal, Partiality between on-roll & contract employees.
