Their interview process is very old. The way top management is evaluating the candidate is totally not correct. Though the company has all the latest technology products/ services in their portfolio the company's internal system/ process needs a huge revamp to meet the current standards. The task that they give during the interview doesn't make any sense and I am worried that how will they be able to hire a talented candidate with such poor tasks. Also, there is no clear communication between the team. In the last minute, you will get a lot of surprises because of the miscommunication. It is better, you record the call to avoid last minute twists and turns.
