New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

I liked the proper training methodology which is being followed here for both technical and non technical aspects. My joining experience was good as i had proper welcoming environment as a new joinee. I found good working culture and practices being followed here. after joining i got training for all technical subjects which was impressive. working methods are good. so far i am not finding any difficulty in following working method and procedures and HR induction program was good. I understood brief overview about my work. it seems easy to co ordinate with office colleagues and group head. All are helpful in terms of technical and stuff. Reporting system is also easy to follow

Hello... I got relieved a month ago from the company .. I wanted to write the review. Company is very good and CEO is the best person. But he is blind and not aware of many things. One man is fooling him behind. Also he is the one spoiler for the company always speaks bad about all the employees....to him and gives negative opinion and will not speak positive about anyone. Please wake up CEO your company he will kill . The only worst person is that man. After seeing this comment at least he will realise.. All employees are sweet... Everyone has the same feeling in heart about him but all are scared of him
