If we are desired person we can learn many things from FCT. For fresher i will recommend Pressure teach us more.

No proper yearly increament. Some time they will give some time they won't. Employee motivation poor HR and operational management are controlled by same person so. No proper rules for employees development and motivation. It will change always as per management.
