Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Thoroughly enjoying working here, all the colleagues and managers are very supportive , one thing i liked most here is the building relationship. Management really maintains a very good bonding with all the employees, this is really a happening place to work everyday.

TA Team has to verify properly for fake people specially for BDM's so that company won't suffer.
