... I think the owner doesn't know this wording and meaning of work-life balance. The owner didn't even look at employee problems and concerns, and the salary you get and the work you do for the company is almost 1:10, but the owner feels like the employee is already overpaid for the work he/she does, and he also makes the employee feel guilty by showing small issues and mistakes, making them silent and controlled so they never raise their voice. and if you want leave, you should complete those days of work before, and then you have to take leave. Dates should be altered as per the owner requirements, not the employee requirements, and there are no weekends for employees or holidays. At the start, they say only 5 days a week; 2 months later, he starts the game, on the first day of the week, like there are so many pending plans. If you guys work like this, you have to work on Saturday too. The behavior of the owner is worse; he can't handle a team smoothly, he doesn't know how to talk with employees, and he doesn't know the meaning of work timings, I believe. Better ignore this employer under any circumstances and choose a better organization.
