Was never paid on time and there is always cheap politics in the company! None of them apparently speak English at work! Horrible relationships between every one! One could never reach such targets that have been set as it's response time from the banks and nbfcs are too high.. also there are no benifits given to the employee that have been promissed earlier during the hiring process. Over all it's not an ideal place to work!

Never been paid on time due to which I have been incurring a lot of losses on the interest rates as I had to pay excess fee for my cards!

I have been working as an Area Sales Manager for more than 3 years. The promoters of the company are family they take care of employees very well. Most companies are laid off employees during Corvid but they are not asked a single employee to leave. except for 2 months of the first wave and 2 months of 2nd wave, they paid salaries for all months even though employees are at home. Some employees got salaries without any work for almost 18 months. The company is a unique business model and expect to be a market leader in Healthcare Finance with the vast experience of Promoters and company has the potential to become a Unicorn in Healthcare

Good Opprtunity to work in a startup environment. Gives freedom to implement ideas. Tech / expertise selling hence automatically hones our selling skills.

Current market environment is yet to open up after the nbfc crisis. However management has brought in innovative funding options and more tie up to compensate this. Being a startup of some of the employees recruitment was not relevant as they ended up demotivating others without achieving numbers. But after proper appraisal process put in place these problems have been eliminated with the problematic guys moving out when their performance was being analysed. The current team is more aggressive and with right attitude and achieving great numbers.
