Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They never pay you a salary at Finabits. I worked there for over a year as a web developer, and they always kept saying they would pay after evaluating my performance. However, they continuously refused to do so. They torture you to the point where you eventually resign on your own due to all the pressure. Despite everything, they don’t pay you a single penny. They make you work excessively, don’t give holidays on Saturdays, and sometimes even make you work on Sundays.
