Dislikes

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. If u want only 1-2 years of experience in Finastra for gaining knowledge about recent tech u can.

The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.

Year on year salary hike, timing of bonus is very late, notice period employees(leaving in July) should be considered for bonus as they would have worked full year.

There workspaces are excellent and facilities provided as well. Good IGP process help you to switch internally.

Dislikes

They have hire and fire policy. Also managers needs to put lot of efforts for replacements and salary hikes of their employees. Poor work life balance.
