...yees well. Company was completely supportive during pandemic. Good WFH policies. They Pay well.

Sometimes Worklife balance will go for a Toss. I wont rate the Job Security as high. Not much travelling opportunities (for my role). No Transportation. Strict deadlines which are unrealistic at times. Most of the things are given at the last minute to deliver.

... documentation of the things which makes it tougher to learn for the new joinee. 4) very bad salary hikes 5) silent firing of the employees which don't make any headlines

Salary will be a good one , able to enhance tech skills, learn new tech. They are using recent new technologies only

Dislikes

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. If u want only 1-2 years of experience in Finastra for gaining knowledge about recent tech u can.

The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.

Dislikes

Food is too much costly, you need to wait more for promotions, salary also needs to raise.

Most of the people come with enthusiasm to start working with Finastra and end up loosing their work life balance and satisfaction. They have a lot of glitches in their system and fixing them takes a lot time which the managers don’t give making the employees life hell

Dislikes

...ues, and innumerable follow up. They give opportunities only to their favorites. They always ask to work on weekends without compensation or allowances
