Only like as can able to work with Banking client. Cards and payment will get work from home other needed to present onsite. Sr VP Mr.Kiran is very unprofessional person , no comumnocation with team memebrs and HR are the worst The new product Blaze is not good and not used by banking clients

trainning will not provide on side.work environment is very poor. Soecially for women appraisal is depend on how to spread rumours to others people are gulity. Those are provding the flase information to others people only they will get good increment.seniot people mentality is very bad to new joinner .. Lost of politics ar their. Those person have a good knowledge cant be stay in this company long time so prior joining be care .. Overall company rules are nice but here people are very very cheep.

Working experience is fine but there not having any appreciation or salary growth I am nervous about this company and aslo sitting on client office

They are having bond about 2 years you have to complete 2 years compulsory and senior management is not good having nepotism.it is Chennai basis company of you want growth they are hiring 3-4 years experience and giving 20k to 25k salary.some manager is not working R D dislike.
