when i say there are no pros, believe me, there are none to work here. I'm extending this review only to save other people's future and mental health, as this company destroyed mine, and it took a huge amount of time for me to get over it. Forget about work-life balance here, they will make you feel guilty for leaving the office at the exact time. Mahima (HR) loves drama, unnecessarily she creates conflicts between teammates and changes everyone's seat. She wants everyones attention.And forget about increments here, even after two years, noone received an increment(the maximum increment they give is 4-5k). The manager thinks the work is so simple, won't give enough time to do the task. aajkal maggi bhi nhi banti 2 min me aur inko task 2 min me chahiye hota hai. Spectra global toh aur bekar company hai. They don't value your time, they'll call you whenever they feel like it. someone might be sitting in the office since morning, but they won't remember to assign tasks until it's time to leave for home(tasks that could have easily been done the next day, but they''ll make you stay and work) they just sit and ask everyone to wait in the conference room more than an hour, manager doesn't know how to handle IT team and their concern because he's non IT guy. A very big negative point of this org is that they don't have proper HR rule and don't have a genuine HR too who can speak for the employee too, to maintain HR policy. Person on HR job only convey the message of employer to employee. salary=chaprasi

...hey're friends with HR and are paid well.) 2)learning trap: don't fall into it. would they pay you for 1 month if you don't work and just learn? No, right? if employers say you'll learn a lot here, ask them if they would pay you just to learn and no to do any of their projects. Work is work, it should be peaceful, and you should be paid for it. Learning is a byproduct, and without learning, not even their work is possible. It's not something they're offering you. Do they offer professional training like MNCs do? Ask that for yourself. You'll be given so much work that you'll burn out and won't have much opportunity for learning. 3)see how HR speaks when you don't do things accordingly? &work culture? & why the office doesn't have many employees? & why they left? 4)HR and manager will make you intentionally wait for hours for interview, then they'll ask you to come tomorrow for the interview. Just waste of time. 5)how much they pay to experienced person?
