Very cheap politics and ever seen worst management

Dislikes

There is a lot of cheap politics and the management doesn’t address our Issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

.... Half knowledge is given. No process alignment, no trainers to train employees. Very low compensation. They are much better companies to join if you are looking for a better career. Please do not even think to join this company.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Likes

1. We learn a lot of stuff here. 2. If we can survey here, we can survey anywhere we go. 3. They do not require strong communication skills; they need practical skills.

Dislikes

1. They can terminate you at any time without warning if they don't like your work, no matter how long you have been working here. 2. We need to beg them for a raise after one year because they don't follow the financial years for hikes. 3. We need to follow a queue to use the washroom because the company has only one washroom for 50 to 60 employees. 4. No holidays, no company parties, no outings, no fun activities, etc.

All you get is free work flow, where you work enjoying lack of resources, get hell lot of blames coz of the work not done jus because the absence of resources and knowledge It's exactly like working as a PA under a politician where you have to do what ever the responsibility given to you even though it's not actually yours It's a great losers victory to be here.
