Timely payment at the month end. They will be polite till you are slave .

Dislikes

Everything , work like slave , they will respect you .. Soon after joining , that you are on wages per day not on salary basis .. No body is permanent ,leaving 6 people ... The work is of data entry , not subject matter expert ... You will be an intern , with other intern.

The only thing good was the flexibility in terms of timing. Also got to work from home

Almost everything- no training provided, no outcome oriented strategy, incompetent people given undeserved responsibilities, etc

It's very hard if a educator miss one or two days, he/she has to wait for too long for call of questions. And sometimes students don't get, they give totally negative rating that impact is very bad because only on one student basis one can't say teacher isn't teaching good. Change this methodology of rating.

It's bad that teacher if any day misses class, he/she doesn't receive call and has to wait for too long which is very frustrating. And rating system is very poor, if a student gives negative rating it immediately affects rating and result filo members block teacher without considering his grievances that what happened
