The employees and the company aesthetics are good

MD /founder of the company is a problem. No increments, verbal abuse is a common game, the first one month or two is a honeymoon period when an illusion will be created stating that you have joined the best firm, then the reality strikes in. Constant change of job profile, the MD doesn't enjoy if the team works in harmony and tries to stir trouble. Special luncheon is arranged just to see the bonding the employees have. Every quarter a new employee is targeted and their life is made a living hell. They don't accept resignations, the switch changes immediately till you retrieve your email and then again everything is back to square one. Covid has given a good excuse to cut salaries. In fact since April salaries has not been given inspite of knowing the current scenario. And the attrition rate is so high that 4 employees have finally found freedom and left the company in the month of may due to the terrible in human treatment given to the employees

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
