You will learn about CSR you get enough time to groom yourself according to the requirements of your job role, good culture and hr policies,employee centric approach but not always, well these cons are actually not enough to compensate on pros, if you are lucky enough and a type with not much ethics may be you will find it best place to work.

...nk of institution,how much you work or make efforts to prove yourself worthy, Salary never on time every month delayed, you will get an email from HR about technical issues,Vendor problem,and all shit by 12th or 13nth day of month,even no doubt if it is credited just 1 day before the following month end.

I loved the fact that you can talk to your higher management about any issues. Yes they have less time to devote. But that also gives you the opportunity to know that you need to have meaningful talks only. We are all professionals here with 5-6 years of experience so that's the bare minimum to expect. Also the connectivity to metro station is fine. Timing is good for summer and winters - 10-6. And Saturday Sunday are off. Only very rare times you may have to come to office. But very rare. 1-3 times per year depending on your department. Pay is very good. HR is also very helpful and understanding.

...e increased by just 5 more as sometimes Metro stops a lot in between. Rest good. You get salary slip first then your salary. So you can tally as well before it reflects in account.

Worst company you can ever work for, no job security, no salary fix time, CEO yelling all time, worst management, fake company totally, they are looting the money of NGOS, worst work culture, worst policies, they even delay your fnf and everything is worst here

You only get 30 mins of time out per day. If u get 1 second late, your half day salary is gone. If u enter office after 10:10 am, even by 1 second then your halfday salary is gone. After 1 month they provide joining letter and then you will shock because then they tell you that you have to serve 30 WORKING DAYS notice.. This means 1.5 months. And your resignation is NOT valid till it is accepted. This means that your notice period will not start till it is accepted. The company will lure you with high increment at joining and then terminate you in days of joining for no reason. The boss is very egoistic and always shouting on anyone.

...ve the feel that you're working on ground-level projects (not just grunt work). There are also great perks like salary paid on time, less work pressure, and plenty of time for your own interest
