Care taker has their own staff which includes security and housekeeping, caretakers are given their personal office that has a cctv camera which is very good for surveillance. There is day to day visit with HR of respective field.

Dislikes

The work is for 24 hours which include 9 - 6 in the uniform and rest will have on normal attire, problem can come any time so on this basis care taker is on the duty all the time.
