Dislikes

Colleagues are not open to guide new joiner , might be they scared about their job. A product can't be known in a month and it needs support from colleague but he is not ready to share knowledge. There are less projects in IJP to switch project.

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
