Senior ppl's will not teach anything about product to juniors. All about the team which you go and that team manager but Company is good.

No major dislike as such, however when it comes to growth and compensation they do lag behind but surely they do with time.

...te calls and talk to senior managers/peers on those calls. Rest THEY DO NOTHING. Overall 2/5 rating from me(2 rating only because their health package is one of the best in the industry). Also if you join FIS be ready to manage with meagre yearly increments.
