Professional growth is pretty slow here it will take years to reach next level. Company should restructure there salary structure as per industry and Inflation.

Don't dislike anything, better growth and salary will leave me less worried about my finances. I really miss both side cabs. This has added to finances and to the tension of reaching on time as at peak hours getting Uber is excruciating.

This company values it's employees which is not found in most of the companies. Employees can raise their issues to HR and senior management anytime. The office atmosphere is so good and easy to work along with other people.

Salary and incentives are average. Not high and not low too.
