There is no documentation. You have to learn by urself after that u will bombard with lot of work as you also wont get time to document. For me which is good no tym waste on documentation.

FIS provide good salary and hikes. It has great work-life balance culture. Here we have wide range of projects and teams are well collaborative.

If I get proper salary package then I will like.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

...y I ever saw in my life, better join startup instead of joining to this company. Company terminated most of the employee giving one month salary and disabled access in 10 mins. Worked one and half none of the company will do like this.
