Senior ppl's will not teach anything about product to juniors. All about the team which you go and that team manager but Company is good.

No extra monetary benefits & reimbursements which large MNCs usually give. No annual bonus, low yearly appraisal compared to other org, Bad & incompetent lower level managers in some of the processes & teams causing bad work culture and gap between company's culture & culture in those teams they intentionally bottleneck yearly appraisal percentage at their end although it happens in some teams not in entire org. No perks like regular yearly reimbursements amount for gadgets used for doing job wfh just one time credit, no reimbursements towards physical & mental wellbeing like gym membership reimbursement/yoga classes and all.

As of 2020 they have cancelled the bonus, and even hike saying they did a lot on covid front. In reality, every employee knows they had no such special benefit as tcs and other companies offering. It was a big scam of the year for all of us...

No hike no bonus for 2020-21 under the cover of covid pandemic and even no special policies for employees for covid help. My 4 out of 7 teammates were covid positive all helpless...

Salary and benefits are good, depending on team management , culture and skill development are also very positive

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good sometimes due to clash of working between different teams. Promotions and appraisal are also not good due to company unclear goals and very wasteful meetings that serves no purpose. After Dec 2022, Job security is not looking good but that I believe is fully dependent on the team manager’s decision and planning.
