As of 2020 they have cancelled the bonus, and even hike saying they did a lot on covid front. In reality, every employee knows they had no such special benefit as tcs and other companies offering. It was a big scam of the year for all of us...

In FIS indore WPT its a one man show, no one else can speak. His favorite will resign and then in name of stopping them provided with increment and promotions. Work doesn't matter , line manager have zero rights , everything done by development director..

Worldpay was good untill taken over by FIS . FLEXIBLE timings,good increment.

Dislikes

Low hikes , bonus being not given every time, rating forced to take lower ones , growth is not there as no promotion policy , increment on promotion is like 20% only
