No extra monetary benefits & reimbursements which large MNCs usually give. No annual bonus, low yearly appraisal compared to other org, Bad & incompetent lower level managers in some of the processes & teams causing bad work culture and gap between company's culture & culture in those teams they intentionally bottleneck yearly appraisal percentage at their end although it happens in some teams not in entire org. No perks like regular yearly reimbursements amount for gadgets used for doing job wfh just one time credit, no reimbursements towards physical & mental wellbeing like gym membership reimbursement/yoga classes and all.

All about the team which you go and that team manager but Company is good.
The best thing is their work culture and Life balance. Employee will get every support from management towards upskills and professional engagement. Work is not hectic here and you can easily complete your assigned work within shift to timing. They have one of the best shift allowance policy in Industry.
Professional growth is pretty slow here it will take years to reach next level. Company should restructure there salary structure as per industry and Inflation.

Now no reason to work with Fidelity, because they removed some levels in hirarchy and very difficult to get carrier growth. And company started removing employees benefits one by one. So better to avoid joining in Fidelity
