...y. For experienced and aged who don't want to move out of job, it suits well. Other end freshers with low package they will get good achievement awards.. Product they are having is worst. Pension is getting degraded so it's all my personal wish

The company provides everything that is needed for an individual in a day to day basis and employees are friendly to new joiners.

Dislikes

They don’t provide challenging work that has a good impact on one’s satisfaction. The pay compared to the counterparts are very less. The pay scale revision for certain roles have not been done for the past 10 years. The stipend they provide during internship needs a serious revision.

Dislikes

...moving out and/or asked to leave now. These roles were created only 2 years ago. Compensation (including structure) is not great. Many other smaller companies structure the compensation to help reduce income tax for employees. Nothing of that sort here. You're on your own paying high taxes. Without "bech", you're always out of people to run the organisation. Backfill takes at least 4-6 months.

Dislikes

Not valuing the employees No Competetive pay as compared to market Salaries are not normalized regularly Bias and favoritism is growing very fast Micromangement had sown it seeds Unnecessary travel between work location just coz of rennovations

Respectful Work Culture, Extremely Good Pay, multiple benefits and perks - almost free food and free snacks, great leave policy, good medical insurance with parental floater cover if you want, coursera/pluralsight free access, great r and r platform - high value points awarded and can be redeemed to buy lots of valuable stuff, free transportation, shares for high performers, good diversity, onshore travel, extremely flexible work hours, extremely supportive senior leaders.
