The cab facility made the office commute easy. The compensation was good.

Dislikes

I experienced discrimination. Despite having all the necessary qualifications and skills, they did not make a simple designation to Project Lead. They gave evasive answers and no clarity. There was no growth path that they could define for me and hence it got to a point of leaving the company. There was good amount politiking that spoilt the team atmosphere.

Likes

The company provides everything that is needed for an individual in a day to day basis and employees are friendly to new joiners.

Dislikes

They don’t provide challenging work that has a good impact on one’s satisfaction. The pay compared to the counterparts are very less. The pay scale revision for certain roles have not been done for the past 10 years. The stipend they provide during internship needs a serious revision.

Likes

Good culture in the company Good learning opportunities if you go after them Opportunity to move across job roles - your manager does not need to approve (at least policy is like this).

Dislikes

...moving out and/or asked to leave now. These roles were created only 2 years ago. Compensation (including structure) is not great. Many other smaller companies structure the compensation to help reduce income tax for employees. Nothing of that sort here. You're on your own paying high taxes. Without "bech", you're always out of people to run the organisation. Backfill takes at least 4-6 months.

The upper management is way better than the people's manager on the floor. Grade 7 managers are useless and incompetent to lead teams. Full on politics play.

Dislikes

It has degraded steep low in employee engagement and salary. Fidelity is giving less salary to employees so that they leave.

As a organization it has all the infra required to accomodate any kind of change

Not valuing the employees No Competetive pay as compared to market Salaries are not normalized regularly Bias and favoritism is growing very fast Micromangement had sown it seeds Unnecessary travel between work location just coz of rennovations
