Salary hike is only major impact trying to give yearly increment to all the employees

salary will never given on time delay in ever month salary near by 10 to 15 days delay in salary. No increment, No support for any query, zero information from hr in any information requirement. notice period suddenly change from 2 to 3 month, your salary of last month get stuck more the 2 month.

Fidelis has great work culture, working environment is pleasant and flexible too. It provides work life balance, has supportive supervisors/ managers, promotes employee engagement activities & encourages employee initiatives. Company prefers WFO but in case of contingency, employees are allowed to WFH on the discretion of manager.

Compensation and benefits are bit less satisfactory as compared to market standards.

Fake Salary & CTC information If you get ctc 17500 your in hand salary will be 13500rs & 1500 rs will be in your PF If I assume company spend 1k rs in esic so where is going my 1500 rs
