Company work culture is Good it's getting the salary on time.

I got hired for the Fidelis Corporate Solutions for the contract base with client company for 1.5 years I worked there. Once the contracted get closed with client company Iam the employee of Fidelis Corporate Solution then they did not provide the Job Security at all It's about my experience i faced in that company.

Exit formalities were smooth.

Dislikes

Salary was never on time. No performance feedback given by HR. Long working hours yet no appreciation by supervisors. Abrupt termination without a proper reason/justification.

salary will never given on time delay in ever month salary near by 10 to 15 days delay in salary. No increment, No support for any query, zero information from hr in any information requirement. notice period suddenly change from 2 to 3 month, your salary of last month get stuck more the 2 month.

Fidelis has great work culture, working environment is pleasant and flexible too. It provides work life balance, has supportive supervisors/ managers, promotes employee engagement activities & encourages employee initiatives. Company prefers WFO but in case of contingency, employees are allowed to WFH on the discretion of manager.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are bit less satisfactory as compared to market standards.

No salary hike. Fidelis is caring about the commission that they are getting from us. No matter how the employees are suffering at client side. Worst working culture. Pathetic work life balance
