FCA is poor pay master... salary are a disaster here....no concept of yearly hike it's more of market correction,be ready to spend idle time as there is no work,no new program...no concept of training and development, no concept of career planning... for years and years one has to rot in same roles and responsibilities and designation

Skill development and work balance is good. Manger support us to learn the new things and knowledge sharing is great in the team.

Compensation and benefits are not up to mark. They are not ready to give proper hikes to the employee’s.

The product & standards knowledge here we get is the key quality of the organization. The association with Tata & the Nexon & Nexon EV gives extensive knowledge of EV segment & PV segment.

Dislikes

The working here is 6 days. On month end the week gets extended & UT becomes 9 days week. The weekly off is not consistent it can be declared any time if there is material shortage. The performance pay & salary hike is also management call & is not fixed.
