Nothing only the fact that they give you work from home

Dislikes

Your seniors would just yell at you all the time, no training is given. Pay scale is way too less for the amount of work they make you do. No holidays are given even when other companies give the same.

...pany guys don't spoil your carrer in this company completely waste of your time. They don't give salary. They will fire you before the salary date and will never respond your call. Its been almost 6 mth, i am working with this company. So far I have worked on various skills, and gained a lot of knowledge. Friendly Management, helping colleagues. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
