Its gonna be a lot a lot a lot..... if i start writing about what I don't like about FGMR.... In simple words.. DON'T EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.. NOT BECAUSE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS BAD... BUT EVERY ONE WHO WORKED WITH ME (MY COLLEAGUES /MANAGER /TL /HOD/ AVP) LEFT FGMR WITH IN 3-4 MNTHS.. IF YOU ARE IN AN INTERVIEW JUST ASK THE LONGEST TENURE OF A SALES EXECUTIVE OR MANAGER OR TEAM WORKING WITH FGMR.. INFACT THE ENTIRE HR / RECRUITMENT TEAM LEFT FGMR IN 4 MNTHS.. NOW ITS COMPLETELY YOUR CALL... I ALWAYS SAY "STAY AWAY FROM POISON AND FGMR." ADIOS..

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
