Our team was able to execute projects by setting our own timelines, only meeting deadlines was expected.

Dislikes

0 salary, instead, they take 550 rupees from us for no reason, no contact with the manager or any superior, terrible guidance overall.

No proper internship. No stipend..They say they will pay but they will don't. No after support internship.They say you can contact them anytime. but they won't reply to your message. You have to pay for internship. Overall Suggest you to stay away from this.

Dislikes

Nothing will be good in teaching , They just provide 3 tasks and tell to complete within 2 months. After that they provide one certificate that it. They never provide any stipend to there Interns.

It is a Bogus Company ,they just Recruit Every Interns in the name of Training and take money ,they just give same tasks everyone and Noone Helps you or Noone Contacts you or teach you about Every ,they just Want to take all Interns money and just post About their Company on Linked in ,it's a Simpler Waste of time and I never learned anything.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
