... can learn about automobile. Culture is very impressive. Policies are good. They give salary on time. Overall everything is good.

Dislikes

There is only one problem is here language barrier. I am from chhattisgarh and here's language is Telugu. Department persons generally use to speak hindi this is good.

There are many things to learn there and colleagues and seniors are supportive and hence good and enthusiastic work environment.

Dislikes

Trainee Engineers should be recruited by FSNL as they get skilled in fields which is mostly needed by company.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
