Job security is very high. Scope of team work and independent of experimenting new ideas.Selection of quality equipment and spares for replacement /renovations. Facilities to employees and security in colony life.

Work environment changing due to continuing of employees after superannuation for very longer period.. Self appraisal system stopped fully.Work-life balance getting disturbed slowly due to change of leadership.
