Around 40% staff appoint on third party roll. No facility travel, salary appraisal depend on concerned HOD., about work environment the rules and regulations are only for local peoples foreigners are not follows the rules and regulations ( i.e. Tabaco/smoking is not allowed in the company premises to industry, but foreigners smoking in production area. the management not taking action against them.)

Only managers they will never visit market with u and only wants thing everymonth fullfill. Hr will never support u . He/she will talk only manager

Nothing but salary is attractive and this is work as like a trap.

No personal life only unnecessary work pressure. All product are without market hold. Sunday working also compulsory two times in every month.
