Good working environment and teammates are supportive. Company policies not bad. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

I heard that here life insurance policies are not good. Some people always do lot of politics in front of management to make someone's or some department as dump. the Company need to invest on updated technology to survival in the computative world.

Employee relationship is not good between management and employees. No career growth. Management Only concentrate on some people. Between Departments no support and not working working together like a teamwork. In between department managers politics employe die no growth. No Moral support.

No growth this company MD was worst he don't do about technical and all quality manager ,PPC manager,HR admin all making him fool . No any other facilities They not get manpower only I never ever see again this company Worst employees politics HR team worst Total manpower was in workshop 11 member but for 11 employees two HR both are lady HR and they don't about system
