1st 2 month we lost the job but after we re unite and work tremendously

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
Timely salary payments are made on the 1st of each month. While the work culture is positive, workload increases and pressure mounts during major festivals like Valentine's Day, Raksha Bandhan, and others.
The company laid off 25-30% of its workforce twice within a year, citing no specific reason.

1. No skill developments in product team - risk of being un-employable after working for 2-3 years
2. Product head is not worthy of leading a team - lacks basic product management skills , succumbs to pressure and just acts as a postman
3. Product team is secondary to business / sales team and has limited say in decisions
Being a part of this company was one of the biggest mistakes. The people try to be so nice but at the end of the ay they are so toxic and more importantly there is no women security as boys here deliberately get close to girls and just a few months back we also had one escalation to which management reacted in general way..
The company has no growth options in terms of salary and experience for new joiners. They need a person who has no motive in his life and only works as per there needs. Work flow is so high just because of there poor services. They also changed there polices regarding alot of things and also the Tl goes as per there mood here. A lot to write but i think this can help others by letting them know to choose a better option
It was a nice place to work a few years back but now it is nothing more but hell.

...h is becoming their habit. Many of my colleagues are complaining regarding this.
Missed a punch by mistake and they will mark it as LWP, I have more than 20 leaves in my account but sill they will not deduct those, they will cut your salary.
I emailed to hr and accounts team, they replied just a word "ok" (level of professionalism) to email but still i got reduced salary.
Appraisals: they need everything on time, they will slash your salary if you missed a deadline, but when it comes to appraisal they will keep telling you, this month sure, this month you will get the appraisal, Its been 2 month past the appraisal period and there is no hope
Transparency: yes the only thing which is transparent in this company is salary, every one who has good connections with HR (Don't want to reveal her name), knows how much other employee earns. Dear Hr, salary is a very confifential thing and must not be disclosed to othres.
