Doctor s will come at 7.50h in the mornings round s for both side doctor and staff is 2 members when patient call we cannot attend the bell they will give complaint and the same time morning admission come for elective cases we are not receiving call they will send the patient directly and their is no helping the incharges only prashanthi and mini sister they will help re maing incharge they are very neglect and they will shout simply if any mistake happened are file is not filled properly and specialy pow sister Usha all ways she will shout the floor sister so this are problem s we faced and mod some times they will help and doctor s anc discharge off off they will correct in evening times because they have to go home at 5 pm and night duty doctor they will shout and they will order the medicine in phone call if we will say patient is having this problem but some doctor are very lazy thy will not come and see the patient finally they will say I informed to sister and doctor they will say I don't get the call I am in some whare . And incharge they will check the file docter they will not write the order sheet if we will say mins they will tell now I am busy patient came I have to go finaly incharge shout we have to run to le we have to take sign and we have to leave

Work life balance is the worst , taking leave in like a crime . Work pressure is very very high , not treated as humans but as high functioning robots ,Even after passing PG from a good college you will be made to feel horrible as if you are less than staff there.

Security for women's is excellent but no job security because for small reasons also they will make big issue our job depends on that managing director mood no doubt they offer salary more than other hospitals teammates everyone are supportive friendly in nature training learning is good but coming to politics lot of politics appraisal to whom they like they will give best career growth if we Wrk 5 years also we will be in same position .coming to Wrk balance depends upon individuals working environment is good but if we work for days we come to know about the company. Benefits good like discounts for empolyees ect
