Internal Growth is a challenge for a junior level employee. Management will hire from outside but will never motivate and upgrade internal best performing employees. A junior employee remains junior for the rest of his tenure working in the organization.

Company is very well management but the minus point is it has no growth option for store manager and third party pay structure which makes deserving good candidates lose interest in this company and for store manager there is no scope for growth

Company has a duel policy for employees working in retail and project segment.Retail people are getting more benefits like company car, incentives and other online enquiry support.For project people no such benefits.After working for 3 yrs as project manager Carter growth remain standstill.
