...lio and you have to follow it without any resistance whether you like it or not. Salary is on time that is the main reason most people doesn't want to switch. Car is provided by company on buy back policy means you have to buy that car when you leave the job on depreciated value at that time.

If you raise a question that price difference is huge between us and competition then they ask you whether you are ready to work on half salary. Decision making is very slow in higher authorities level. They run company in there own way.
