Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Only salary hike is good so the people staying in Nagpur only joins here. They don’t have any other choice

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no hierarchy no management no structure in the organisation. Very cheap office politics, please do not join this company. You will have to work for 12 hour sometimes on weekends as well.

Salary for fresher's to start career is nice and here directors ,hr are very cooperative .

Dislikes

Team politics and less growth ,working on old technology, no scope of growth people from 4-5 years are there as they are not as they no anything apart form trending technology.
